Job Duties:

• Develop and maintain new and existing commercial relationships.
• Monitor and follow applicable laws and regulations for scrap metal.
• Examine and analyze chemical and physical composition of the metals.
• New trade/ traders coordination.
• Responsible for sourcing of scrap metal and negotiate prices, discount terms, transportation and arrangements.
• Buyers and suppliers order inspection.
• Organize and monitor shipment of scrap metal (logistics, port timing, etc.) from suppliers.
• Review shipment contracts.
• Speak to clients in Spanish, English, or German while working with buyers around the world.
• Manage the coordination, overall operations, and logistics projects.
• Prepare sales, purchases, and service accounting reports.
• Analyze scrap metal trends to determine feasibility for purchase and for sales of these scrap metals.
• Manage loading and off-loading of containers from port to port.
• Communicate with consultants, sellers, and clients from point A to Z of projects.
• Work with Senior Trader(s).

Minimum Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Industrial Engineer, Civil Engineer, and/or Chemical or Biological Engineer. Foreign education is acceptable. 72 months of progressive experience in Civil and/or Industrial Engineer positions.

Special Skills: Expert and sound knowledge of CIE software. Knowledge and experience in operation of NITON Machine. Foreign Language Required: Spanish, English, or German.
